Reflexology

Reflexology is a relaxing, hands-on therapy that focuses on specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas and systems of the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, reflexology helps encourage balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural healing response.

Nadine is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2024. She is a proud member of OSTCAN and is committed to providing safe, effective, and client-focused manual therapy rooted in classical osteopathic principles.

With a diverse background in health and wellness, Nadine brings over a decade of experience helping people move and feel better. Before becoming an osteopathic practitioner, she worked as a Foot Reflexologist, Personal Trainer, and Gymnastics Coach. She even spent time as a rigger, giving her a unique understanding of structure, load, tension, and alignment—knowledge she now applies to the human body with precision and care.

Approach & Philosophy Nadine’s approach is gentle, with a focus on restoring mobility, circulation, and balance within the body. She aims to understand the whole person—not just symptoms—and tailors every treatment to support the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and heal.

She commonly works with: • Individuals experiencing chronic pain • Athletes and active individuals recovering from injuries • Clients with posture-driven discomfort or movement limitations

Nadine continually expands her knowledge through ongoing training and education. Recent courses include Pregnancy and Ligament Articulation, and she remains deeply committed to lifelong learning.

Her clinic environment reflects this energy: calm, grounded, and supportive, welcoming clients into a space designed for healing and restoration.

Why Osteopathy After years of working in movement-focused environments, Nadine realized she wanted a deeper, more comprehensive way to help people. Osteopathy’s whole-body philosophy, hands-on approach, and respect for the body’s interconnected systems drew her in and continue to guide her work today.

Beyond the Clinic Outside of practice, Nadine values family time, being outdoors, gardening, and fly fishing—activities that remind her to stay grounded, patient, and present, qualities she brings into every session.
